    Do you deliver to the door?

    Prices quoted are up to our warehouse in in Nairobi, opposite JKIA gate.

    If you need your package delivered to the door, an additional local fee applies. It is very negligible.

    Do You Offer Packing & Consolidation?

    Category: reserve
    Unfortunately we do not offer repackaging, crating and consolidation of small packages into a single shipment.

    The customer must do this and either deliver everything packaged and manifested into shippable units.

    We do not offer packaging and crating services for heavy items requiring crating.

    Heavy items like car engines and car parts must be crated before being shipped into our warehouse.

    Do You recommend any carrier if I am outside Dallas?

    We recommend using uship.com if you live outside Dallas and you would like to ship your ocean freight to our warehouse in Dallas.

    Prices are very competitive there.

    We also can help you organize with other carriers.

    How Long does it take to deliver?

    Category: reserve
    We promise 90-120 days to deliver your packages to Kenya.

    Filling up a consolidated container can take up to 6 weeks. Sailing time from Houston to Mombasa, depending on the shipping line can take up to 65 days.

    Considering clearing and deconsolidation, you clearly can see why we ask for 90 days minimum.

    What are your COVID-19 Restrictions?

    During pickup, all packages must be kept outside the building or garage.
