How to use Kentex Cargo US warehouse address

1. Create a free shipping account.

2. If you are in Kenya, you are going to receive a warehouse code.

3. You will see your name, plus the warehouse code, and then the address.

For example:
John Doe - JD1234
2120 Hutton Drive, Suite 300-AIR,
Carrollton, Texas 75006.

When you are shopping and shipping from any store in the U.S., make sure to use the address as listed above: your first name, your last name, and the warehouse code, then the address.

If you are shipping using the Delaware warehouse, it is the same thing.

For example:

John Doe-JD1234

825 Dawson Drive, Suite 10-Air,

Newark, Delaware 19713.

If you tried to input the warehouse code on a website and it refuses to accept numbers, don't worry. Just put your first name and your last name, but you must make sure to create a pre-alert and give us your tracking number.

Package tracking numbers are as unique as you. The moment you give us your tracking number, we will be able to associate that tracking number with the warehouse code that we assigned you, even if the website you purchased from did not allow you to add the warehouse code.

The Suite number

In an address, a suite number is part of the address, and it's not optional. You must put a suite number. Otherwise, your package is likely going to be lost or delivered to the wrong address.

When adding the suite number after putting in the shipping address, you must also put the mode of shipping right there.

For example, in Texas, your address will show Suite 300 - Air if you want to ship by air.

If you want to ship by ocean, it would show Suite 300 - Ocean. The same applies to Delaware.

For U.S. customers shipping to Kenya

If you live in the U.S., the first thing is: you create a shipping account.

When creating a shipping account, our system is going to ask you who the receiver in Kenya is and what their phone number is. Once you input that information, the system will complete setting up your account and log you in.
Once you are logged in, you are going to see your receiver's name and the warehouse code. For example, if the sender is John Doe, the receiver in Kenya's information will show right there:

How do you address the packages?

You can go online to any store and ship goods to the person you added. You just need to make sure you address their packages as instructed.

Once they have shipped, log into your Kentex Cargo account and create a pre-alert telling us that you have bought an item that is coming our way and the tracking number.

Please note that it is a requirement to give us the tracking number for the items that you purchased. Creating a pre-alert is informing us that you have shopped and shipped to our warehouse.

Without this information, we don't know that you shipped. If we received a package without a pre-alert, we don't know you are the sender.

We may not even know the receiver if you have not told us. Such packages are held in our warehouses indefinitely, and sometimes this can cause a lot of delays.

Just promise.

You will use the right address and the right suite number.
You will create a pre-alert.
You will make sure you have added the right contact information.
