What It Is

When you create an account, you get a unique US shipping address where you can have items delivered from any US online store.

CRITICAL: Your warehouse code is YOUR unique identifier!

Format

• Format: FirstInitial + LastInitial + 4 digits
• Example: John Smith → JS0101
• This code identifies your packages among thousands

Why It's Important

• Identifies your packages among thousands of daily shipments
• Without it, packages may be delayed or lost
• Must appear in the recipient name line

How to Get Your Real Code

1. Create an account at kentexcargoexpress.com
2. Add at least one receiver in Kenya
3. Complete your profile information
4. Navigate to "My US Warehouses" to view your unique code

Two Warehouse Locations

We operate two strategically located warehouses in the USA:

• Texas Warehouse - Best for most shipments
• Delaware Warehouse - Alternative location

Both are sales tax-free states!

When Shopping Online

Step 1: Shop Any US Store

• Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, etc.
• Or any retailer that ships within the US
• Add items to cart as normal

Step 2: Checkout

• Go to shipping address
• Enter your warehouse address
• Include warehouse code in name!
• Use provided street, city, state, ZIP

Step 3: Shipping Options

• Select standard ground shipping (cheapest)
• Or faster if you need it quickly at warehouse
• Don't pay for international shipping (you pay us separately)

Step 4: Complete Purchase

• Pay with your card
• Get order confirmation
• Track to our warehouse

Copy-Paste Your Address

From My Warehouses Page

1. Go to "My US Warehouses"
2. Click "Copy Address"
3. Paste in retailer's checkout
4. Verify it pasted correctly

Save in Retailer Account

• Add as saved address
• Remember to include warehouse code
• Can reuse for future orders

Where to Ship

All US Online Retailers

Don't Ship From

• International sites (.co.uk, .de, etc.)
• Sites that won't ship to our state
• Sellers who refuse freight forwarders

Multiple Orders, Same Time

You can have multiple orders shipping to your warehouse simultaneously:

• Each tracked separately
• We receive and log all
• Consolidated if arriving close together
• You pay once they're ready to ship to Kenya

At Our US Warehouse

1. Package Receipt

• Courier delivers to our warehouse
• Staff scans tracking number
• Verifies warehouse code
• Logs in system

2. Identification

• Your warehouse code identified
• Matched to your account
• Photos taken of exterior
• Weight and dimensions recorded

3. Inspection

• Check for damage
• Verify contents match description
• Count items if multiple
• Document condition

4. Storage

• Placed in your designated area
• Awaits consolidation window or immediate ship instruction
• Secure, climate-controlled storage
• Insurance coverage

5. Notification

• You get email: "Package arrived at US warehouse"
• View in Orders page
• See photos
• Decide next steps

Consolidation Window

30-Day Window

• We hold packages for up to 30 days free
• Allows other orders to arrive
• Consolidate for shipping savings
• After 30 days: $2/day storage fee

Requesting Shipment

• Immediate: Ship now (pay individual shipping)
• Wait: Hold for consolidation
• Specify date: Ship on X date

Automatic Consolidation

• If multiple packages within 7 days: auto-consolidated
• We remove excess packaging
• Combine into fewest boxes
• Weigh and photograph
• Generate shipping quote

Tracking Your Packages

In Our System

• Login to dashboard
• "Orders" page shows all
• Status updates in real-time
• Photos of received packages
• Estimated consolidation date

Original Tracking

• Use retailer's tracking to follow to our warehouse
• Once "Delivered" → check our system
• We take over from there
