Real numbers, not a guess. These are computed the same way our quote calculator prices your shipment: chargeable weight is the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight (L × W × H in inches ÷ 306 for air, giving kilograms), and you pay that weight times the rate, or the $50.00 minimum charge, whichever is higher. There is no minimum weight.

Notice the a smartphone costs the same as a 15" laptop: both weigh too little to reach the $50.00 minimum charge, so both simply pay the minimum. There is no minimum weight, so adding more to the same shipment costs nothing extra until the weight charge passes $50.00. If you're shipping several small items (a couple of gadgets, some accessories, a few gifts), consolidating them into one box almost always costs less than sending them separately, because each separate shipment pays its own $50.00 minimum.

FCL pricing varies based on container size (20ft vs 40ft), current fuel surcharges, and destination port. Contact us for a custom FCL quote for your specific needs.
A standard 20ft container is approximately 20ft x 8ft x 8.5ft (about 1,170 cubic feet). A 40ft container is approximately 40ft x 8ft x 8.5ft (about 2,390 cubic feet). High-cube 40ft containers offer an extra foot of height.
Choose FCL when your shipment is large enough to fill at least half a container. Generally, if your cargo exceeds 500 cubic feet, FCL becomes more cost-effective than LCL per cubic foot.
FCL shipping takes 75-90 days from departure. Container departures are scheduled on the last week of every month from our Texas warehouse.
