Notice the spare batteries + memory cards costs the same as a dslr camera: both weigh too little to reach the $50.00 minimum charge, so both simply pay the minimum. There is no minimum weight, so adding more to the same shipment costs nothing extra until the weight charge passes $50.00. If you're shipping several small items (a couple of gadgets, some accessories, a few gifts), consolidating them into one box almost always costs less than sending them separately, because each separate shipment pays its own $50.00 minimum.
