You send the product links, we send a quote, and once you approve and pay we handle the purchase and shipping. It suits you if you don't have a US payment method or prefer a hands-off approach.

- Send it from our Assisted Shopping page, or from your account: Get Quote > Shopping Request
2. We Review & Quote
Quote Includes:
- Item cost, with any US sales tax or US delivery charge shown as its own line
- Our service fee (10% of item price)
- Shipping to Kenya, plus freight insurance (5% of the item value) when the items are worth over $200
- Total amount due
Quote Timeline: within 24 hours of your request
3. Review & Approve Quote
You receive detailed cost breakdown. Your options:
- ✓ Approve: We proceed with purchase
- ✗ Request Changes: Ask us to change the quote
- ⊘ Decline: No obligation to proceed
4. Make Payment
Payment Methods:
- M-Pesa: Approve and pay on the quote page with an STK push to your phone
- Card / Apple Pay: Approve and pay by card on the same quote page
- Bank Transfer or Wallet: Bank details are on your invoice, and our team can apply your wallet balance
5. We Shop & Ship
Timeline:
- Purchase: after your payment is confirmed
- Arrival at our US warehouse: depends on the store's delivery time
- Processing, then the next air departure (every Wednesday, cut-off Monday)
- Air shipping to Kenya: 7-14 working days
- Ocean instead: 75-90 days
6. Delivery in Kenya
Pickup (No Delivery Fee):
- At our Nairobi pickup location
- We notify you when it is ready
- Inspect before accepting
Home Delivery (Optional):
- Delivery fee charged separately
- To a home, office or shop
- Pick your county so we can confirm we deliver there

Service Fee Structure
- Base Service Fee: 10% of item price
- Charged on: the item price only, not shipping, tax or insurance
- No maximum cap

Single Item Order:
Item: Nike Shoes, $120
Service Fee: $120 × 10% = $12
Shipping: by weight at the current air rate (no insurance, the item is under $200)
Total: $132 plus shipping
