Use for any charge: items, shipping, duties, fees
Never expires
Can be withdrawn (processing fees may apply)

Shipping Credits (Earned)

From qualified referrals
From promotional bonuses
Apply only to shipping line items
Cannot be withdrawn, only used for shipping
Never expire once earned

Promo Credits (Temporary)

Matched funding bonuses for new users
Expire in 30 days if no shipment occurs
Convert to permanent credits after first shipment
Only apply to shipping costs
