Referral Qualification
For a referral to qualify and earn you credits:
- Friend must use your unique referral link to sign up
- Friend must create a new account (never registered before, with no previous orders)
- Friend's first order or shipping invoice must come within 30 days of signing up
- Delivery is not required: the referral qualifies when that order or invoice is paid

- Held in your wallet as shipping credit
- Never expire once earned
- Cannot be withdrawn as cash
- Used when you pay from your wallet
When Credits Are Added
- Credited when your friend's first order or shipping invoice is paid
- Added automatically at the moment that payment is recorded
- Listed in your wallet history as "Referral Bonus"
- View in your wallet under "Shipping Credits"

Important Terms
- Referral credit cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred
- Referral must be a genuine new customer
- We reserve the right to modify the program at any time, including the bonus amount
- Violations may result in account suspension
- Credits may be revoked if referral is found to be fraudulent
Frequently Asked Questions
How long until I receive my credit?
Straight away: the credit is added automatically when your referral pays their first order or shipping invoice, as long as that order or invoice came within 30 days of their sign-up.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit! You can refer as many people as you want and earn $5 for each qualified referral.
Can I withdraw my shipping credits as cash?
No. Referral credit stays in your wallet and is used when you pay from your wallet. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
What if my friend signed up but didn't use my link?
Unfortunately, we can only track referrals through the unique link. Make sure friends use your link when signing up.
Do my credits expire?
Referral shipping credit in your wallet never expires. Kentex Rewards are separate and do expire after a period with no shipments or redemptions; My Rewards shows your expiry date.
