Managing Your Profile

Personal Information

What's Stored

  • Full name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Warehouse code
  • Account creation date
  • Profile completion status

Why We Need It

  • Identity verification
  • Order and delivery notifications
  • Customer support contact
  • Receiver coordination
  • Security and fraud prevention

Updating Your Profile

  1. Dashboard → Settings
  2. Click "Edit Profile"
  3. Update desired fields
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Name Changes

  • Must match national ID for pickups
  • Verification may be required
  • Affects future orders immediately

Email Changes

  • Verification email sent to new address
  • Click link to confirm
  • Old email notified of change

Phone Number Changes

  • OTP sent to new number
  • Enter code to verify
  • Used for delivery coordination

Profile Completion

Required Fields

  • Full name
  • Valid email
  • Verified phone number
  • At least one receiver

Optional But Recommended

  • Alternative phone number
  • Preferred pickup location
  • Delivery address
  • Communication preferences

Account Security

Password Management

Creating Strong Passwords

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Mix of uppercase and lowercase
  • Include numbers and symbols
  • Avoid common words or personal info
  • Don't reuse from other sites

Changing Your Password

  1. Settings → Security
  2. Click "Change Password"
  3. Enter current password
  4. Enter new password twice
  5. Save changes

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

What Is 2FA?

Extra security layer requiring:

  • Your password (something you know)
  • Your phone (something you have)

To Enable: Settings → Security → Click "Enable 2FA" → Enter phone number → Receive and enter verification code

What We Share

  • Delivery info with courier partners
  • Basic info with retailers (for purchasing)
  • Transaction data with payment processors
  • Aggregate analytics (anonymized)

What We Don't Share

  • Password (encrypted, never visible)
  • Credit card details (tokenized)
  • Personal data with third parties for marketing
  • Customer lists or contact info

Suspicious Activity

If You Suspect a Breach

  1. Change password immediately
  2. Contact support
  3. Review recent activity
  4. Check linked payment methods
  5. Enable 2FA if not already

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Login Problems

Can't Login

Try these first:

  1. Check email spelling
  2. Verify password (case-sensitive)
  3. Clear browser cache
  4. Try different browser
  5. Check caps lock

Still can't login? Reset password or contact support.

Account Locked

  • Too many failed login attempts
  • Locked for 30 minutes
  • Or reset password immediately
  • Contact support if urgent
