Once your shipment lands, whether it travelled on our air freight service (7-14 working days) or by ocean cargo (75-90 days), you can collect it free from one of our Nairobi pickup points or have it delivered to your door through Fargo Courier home delivery.

We offer home delivery across Kenya through our courier partner Fargo Courier:

Choose your county from the list when you request delivery
The fee does not depend on where you live: air is priced by weight, ocean per box
The fee is added to your invoice, and shown at checkout for cart orders

How Pickup Works

Before You Visit

Wait for Notification

We notify you by SMS and email when your package arrives at our Nairobi warehouse, and again when it is ready for pickup
Note the tracking number in the notification
Pay any outstanding invoice: packages are released only when the balance is paid
Check our operating hours below

What to Bring

Have these ready (no collection code or ID is required):

Account Phone Number: staff use it to find your packages
Tracking Number: from your notification
Collector's Name and Phone: staff record who collected the packages

Collection Window

Collect your packages within 7 days of the arrival notification
After 7 days, storage fees may apply

At the Pickup Location

Step 1: Check In

Go to the counter
Give the account holder's name or phone number
Staff find the packages that are ready for you

Step 2: Payment Check

Staff check that every invoice for the packages is paid
Any balance must be paid before release
Staff can record a payment at the counter

Step 3: Inspection (Recommended)

Look over the packages you are given
Check contents match order
Report any damage before you leave
Tell staff if a package is missing

Step 4: Collection Complete

Staff take a photo of the package(s) being collected
Staff record the collector's name and phone number
The account holder is notified that the packages were delivered

Home Delivery Service

Instead of pickup, we deliver directly to your door (or receiver's door).

Availability

Choose door delivery when you create a pre-alert
Or set home delivery as your default in Settings > Delivery Preferences
Pick your county from the list, then add your area and a landmark
Add notes for our Kenya team, such as a gate code, in your delivery preferences

Based on the package's chargeable weight in kg
A set fee for the first kilograms, then a fee per extra kg
Subject to a minimum delivery fee

Priced per box
One fee for the first box, a lower fee for each additional box
