At the Pickup Location
Step 1: Check In
- Go to customer service counter
- Provide your order number
- Present your national ID
Step 2: Verification
- Staff confirms your identity
- Matches ID with order details
- May verify phone number
Step 3: Inspection (Recommended)
- Open package at counter
- Check contents match order
- Report damage immediately
- Sign only when satisfied
Step 4: Collection Complete
- Sign collection receipt
- Keep copy for your records
- Collect any additional documents
