How It Works
Earn shipping credit by sharing Kentex Cargo with your friends and family. It's simple: share your unique link, and when a friend signs up with it and has a first order or shipping invoice within 30 days (for example a package shipped from one of our US warehouses), you both get $5 shipping credit once it is paid. Getting Your Referral Link
Your unique referral link looks like kentexcargo.com/r/yourcode, where the last part is your own code.
How to Find Your Link
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Open Invite & Earn from the menu
- Your unique referral link is shown under Share URL
- Click Copy to copy the link, or Share Your Link to post it
Ways to Share
Share your link directly in WhatsApp chats or groups. Share Your Link on the Invite & Earn page has a WhatsApp button.
Text Message
Send your referral link via SMS to friends and family who might benefit from shipping to Kenya.
Include your referral link in an email to friends, colleagues, or community members.
Social Media
Post your referral link on Facebook, Twitter, or other social platforms to reach a wider audience. Share Your Link has Facebook and Twitter buttons.
What You Earn
When your referred friend signs up and their first order or shipping invoice is paid, you both get shipping credit in your wallet balance. It is used when you pay from your wallet, and our team can apply your wallet to a shipping invoice.
Rewards Structure
- You earn a one-time $5 shipping credit when your friend's first order or shipping invoice is paid
- Your friend earns the same $5 shipping credit
- You also earn Kentex Rewards each time your friend pays for shipping, shown on My Rewards
- No limit on the number of people you can refer
Using Your Credits
Referral credit stays in your wallet and is used when you pay from it, including for:
- Air shipping orders and invoices
- Ocean shipping orders and invoices
- It is used before your cash balance when you pay from your wallet
- It cannot be withdrawn as cash or moved to another account
Tracking Your Referrals
Keep track of who has signed up using your referral link and when your credits are earned.
Referral Activity Dashboard
The Invite & Earn page shows all referral activity including:
- Number of people who clicked your link
- Number of successful signups from your referrals
- Which referrals have qualified
- Total credits earned from referral bonuses
- Referrals still pending (waiting for their first order) or rejected
To view your referral activity, go to Dashboard → Invite & Earn. Kentex Rewards earned from your referrals are shown on My Rewards.
Program Terms
Please review the following terms for the Kentex Cargo referral program:
- New customers only: the referral applies only to a brand-new account. Existing or imported customers, and accounts that already have orders, cannot be referred
- No self-referrals: you cannot refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn credits. Sign-ups using your own email address or phone number are blocked
- Credits are non-transferable: earned credits stay in your wallet and cannot be transferred to another user
- First paid order required: credits are earned only when the referred person pays a first order or shipping invoice that came within 30 days of signing up. Each new customer can have only one referrer
- Kentex Cargo reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time, including the bonus amount and time window
- Abuse prevention: referrals that fail our checks are rejected, and fraudulent activity may result in credit reversal and account suspension
