- Email signup - Use your email address to register and receive a verification code
- Phone signup - Use your phone number and receive an SMS verification code
After verifying your OTP, complete your profile by providing your full name, phone number, and email address.
Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard is your command center for all shipping activities. Here's what you'll find:
Quick Stats
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see quick statistics including active shipments, wallet balance, and pending pre-alerts at a glance.
Pre-Alerts Section
View and manage all your pre-alerts. Track which packages have been received at the warehouse and which are still pending.
Recent Shipments
See your most recent shipments with current status updates. Click any shipment for full tracking details.
Navigation Menu
Use the sidebar or menu to access all features: warehouses, receivers, orders, invoices, wallet, and more.
First Steps After Signing Up
Complete these four steps to start shipping with Kentex Cargo:
Add a Receiver in Kenya
Add the person who will receive your packages in Kenya. You'll need their name, phone number, and location.
