Creating Your Account
Getting started with Kentex Cargo takes just a few minutes. Sign up with your email address, your phone number, Google or Facebook, and you'll be ready to ship by air or ocean from our US warehouses.

Enter the 6-digit verification code we send to your email or phone
Complete Profile
Add your first and last name, email address and phone number
Start Shipping
You're ready to add receivers and create shipments
Signup Options
- Email signup: enter your email address and we email you a verification code
- Phone signup: enter a US, Canadian or Kenyan mobile number and we text you a verification code
You can also tap Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook. After you verify, complete your profile with your first and last name, email address and phone number. You can also choose to get WhatsApp shipment updates at this step.
Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard is where every shipment starts. It opens with a Get a Shipping Quote button, and below it you'll find the items shown here. Prefer the older layout? Tap Classic view at the top.
Your US Shipping Address
Switch between Air and Ocean to see the matching US warehouse address, ready to copy into a store's checkout. US customers first choose which Kenya receiver the address is for.
Quick Pre-Alert
Create a pre-alert in three steps right on the dashboard. Your pending pre-alerts are listed next to it until each package arrives at our warehouse.
My Shipments
Open My Shipments from the menu to see every package and pre-alert with its current status.
Navigation Menu
The menu reaches every feature: US Warehouses, Receivers, Invoices, Quotes, Wallet, Track, Settings and more. On a phone, the bottom bar holds Home, Shipments, Quote, Wallet and Chat, and the rest is in the menu at the top right.
First Steps After Signing Up
Complete these four steps to start shipping with Kentex Cargo:
Add a Receiver in Kenya
Add the person who will receive your packages in Kenya. You'll need their name and phone number, and whether they will collect from our Nairobi warehouse or want door delivery. US customers must add a receiver before their US address is shown.

Your unique warehouse code is part of your US shipping address, so we know a package is yours when it arrives. Copy the full address from your dashboard or from US Warehouses in the menu.

After ordering from a US store, create a pre-alert with the carrier tracking number so we can match the package to your account when it reaches our warehouse.

Kentex Cargo offers multiple ways to ship from the USA to Kenya. For oddly-sized or heavy items it can also be worth getting a custom quote, and you should always check the prohibited goods list before placing an order.

Air shipments depart every Wednesday. The cut-off for submitting packages is Monday. Make sure your packages arrive at our US warehouse before the Monday cut-off to ship that week.

Your Kentex Cargo account gives you control over your shipping. Here are the main features:
US Warehouses
See your personal US warehouse addresses, with your warehouse code, for receiving packages from online stores.
Pre-Alerts
Tell us about packages heading to our warehouse so we can match and process them faster.

Your Amazon, assisted shopping and prepaid box orders are listed in My Documents under Orders, with their status.
Orders guide →Shipments
My Shipments lists your packages and pre-alerts. Open Track to follow a package from the US to Kenya.
Membership
If your account has a paid membership, this page shows your tier, its expiry date and your membership history.
Notifications
Shipment alerts, invoices and payment confirmations, by email, SMS, WhatsApp and the bell in your account.
