How Assisted Shopping Works

- Specifications for each link: color, size, quantity
- Optional: a Word document (.doc or .docx) with your shopping list
2. We Review & Quote
Our team reviews each item and calculates the total cost. You get the quote within 24 hours of your request.
Quote includes: item cost (any US sales tax or US delivery charge shown as its own line), the 10% service fee, shipping to Kenya, and freight insurance (5% of the item value) when the items are worth over $200
3. Review & Approve Quote
You receive detailed cost breakdown, product specifications, and shipping estimate.

4. Make Payment
Payment Methods:
- M-Pesa: Approve and pay on the quote page with an STK push to your phone
- Card / Apple Pay: Approve and pay by card on the same quote page
- Bank Transfer or Wallet: Bank details are on your invoice, and our team can apply your wallet balance
5. We Shop & Ship
Timeline:
- Purchase: after your payment is confirmed
- Arrival at our US warehouse: depends on the store's delivery time
- Processing, then the next air departure (every Wednesday, cut-off Monday)
- Air shipping to Kenya: 7-14 working days
- Ocean instead: 75-90 days
6. Delivery in Kenya
Pickup (No Delivery Fee): At our Nairobi pickup location. We notify you when it is ready, and you can inspect it before accepting
Home Delivery (Optional): To a home, office or shop in a county we deliver to, with the delivery fee charged separately

3. Bank Transfer
Bank details for Equity Bank (Kenya) and Bank of America (US) are printed on your invoice
