   Click "Get Started" at the top of the page

   Then choose "Create Your Free Account"

   Choose how to sign up

   • • Continue with Google or Facebook
   • • Or use your email address
   • • Or use your phone number
   • • Then fill in any missing name or contact details to finish your profile

   Enter your verification code

   If you sign up with email or phone, we send you a 6-digit code. Enter it to continue (there is no password to create)

   Log into your dashboard

   After creating your account, go to your dashboard

   Navigate to "Receivers"

   Click "Receivers" in the menu, or use the Receivers shortcut on your dashboard

   Click "Add Receiver" (the + button on a phone)

   Enter receiver information

   • • Name: The receiver's first and last name
   • • Phone: Kenyan phone number (the 9 digits after +254)
   • • Email: Optional
   • • Delivery Option: Pickup at our Nairobi warehouse (no delivery fee) or door delivery to a Kenya address
   • • Delivery Address: For door delivery, the county and street, building or landmarks

   Save receiver

   Click "Add Receiver" to save. You can add more than one receiver

   Go to your Receivers page

   From your dashboard, click "Receivers" in the sidebar

   Find your receiver and click "Address"

   Copy the warehouse address

   Use the Copy button. The address format will look like this:

   [Receiver Name] AB1234
   [Warehouse Street Address]
   [Suite]
   [City, State ZIP]

   * The code (AB1234 in this example) is your receiver's unique warehouse code

   Save this address

   Save it to your Amazon address book for easy reuse

   Visit amazon.com (not amazon.co.uk or other regions)

   Browse and add items to cart

   Shop as you normally would

   Check product restrictions

   • • No power banks or standalone batteries
   • • Devices with built-in batteries (laptops, phones) are fine; you answer a battery question on your air pre-alert
   • • Check our prohibited items list

   Add a new shipping address

   Or select if you've saved it before

   Enter the Kentex warehouse address

   Include the receiver's warehouse code (e.g., AB1234) in the name field!

   Complete your Amazon purchase

   Save the tracking number from Amazon

   Tap "Pre-Alert" on your dashboard

   Enter package details

   • • Amazon tracking number (required; you can paste several at once)
   • • Ship To: choose "A Receiver" and pick your receiver in Kenya
   • • Item cost (optional, used for customs reference and shipment records)
   • • For air: does it contain a lithium-ion battery or liquid?

   Select shipping method

   Air Freight (7-14 working days) or Ocean Freight (75-90 days)

   Submit pre-alert

   Tap "Submit Pre-Alert" so we can match the package to you when it reaches our US warehouse

• •Email Notifications: Get alerts at key milestones, such as departure from the USA and delivery
• •SMS Updates: Text message alerts at the same key milestones
• •Tracking Page: Share tracking link with receiver

Typical Tracking Statuses:

1. Received at US warehouse
2. Processing, then Packed (awaiting the next departure)
3. Departed USA
4. In transit
5. Arrived in Kenya
6. Clearing customs
7. At Nairobi warehouse, then Ready for pickup (invoice available) and Ready for dispatch / release (paid)
8. Out for delivery / Delivered
