   • • Phone number (US number)
   • • Create a secure password

   Check your inbox for verification email and click the link

   Log into your dashboard

   After creating your account, go to your dashboard

   Navigate to "Receivers"

   Click on "Receivers" in the left sidebar menu

   Click "Add New Receiver"

   Enter receiver information

   • • Full Name: Receiver's legal name (as on Kenya ID)
   • • Phone: Kenyan phone number (format: +254...)
   • • Email: Receiver's email address
   • • ID Number: Kenya National ID or Passport number
   • • Delivery Option: Choose pickup location or home delivery

   Save receiver

   Click "Save Receiver" - You can add multiple receivers

   Go to your Receivers page

   From your dashboard, click "Receivers" in the sidebar

   Find your receiver and click "View Details"

   Copy the warehouse address

   The address format will look like this:

   [Receiver Name] - KE12345
   c/o Kentex Cargo
   [Warehouse Street Address]
   [City, State ZIP]

   * The code (KE12345) is your receiver's unique identifier

   Save this address

   Save it to your Amazon address book for easy reuse

   Visit amazon.com (not amazon.co.uk or other regions)

   Browse and add items to cart

   Shop as you normally would

   Check product restrictions

   • • No power banks or standalone batteries
   • • Electronics with built-in batteries need IATA review
   • • Check our prohibited items list

   Or select if you've saved it before

   Include the receiver code (e.g., KE12345) in the name field!

   Save the tracking number from Amazon

   • • Amazon tracking number
   • • Item description
   • • Declared value
   • • Does it contain batteries? (for IATA review)

   Select shipping method

   Air (7-14 days) or Ocean (75-90 days)

   Submit pre-alert

   We'll start tracking your package

• • Dashboard Tracking: View real-time status updates
• • Email Notifications: Get alerts at key milestones
• • SMS Updates: Receiver gets text messages in Kenya
• • Tracking Page: Share tracking link with receiver
