How It Works
Enter Your Address & Receiver
Choose home pickup (the carrier collects from your US address) or drop-off with the carrier, enter your US address, then add your receiver in Kenya: name, Kenya phone number and delivery location (pickup at our Westlands office or a county for delivery), plus the value of the items.
Select Box Size & Pay
Choose a box and one of the US carriers offered for your address (UPS, FedEx or USPS), then pay online by M-Pesa or card (including Apple Pay). The prepaid label checkout takes only these two, so your wallet balance cannot be used for a prepaid label.
Print Label & Pack Items
Your prepaid shipping label is created automatically after payment and sent to the email address and phone number on your order. You can also print it from your order page. Pack your items securely within the box's weight limit and attach the label to the outside.
Hand It to the Carrier
If you chose drop-off, take your labeled box to a location of the carrier on your label and ask for a receipt as proof of drop-off. If you chose home pickup, wait for the carrier to collect it from your address.
We Ship & Deliver
Your box arrives at our US warehouse and flies to Kenya on a Wednesday departure (Monday cut-off). We handle customs clearance and any duties, then your receiver collects it from our Westlands office or we deliver it, as chosen when you ordered.

Packing Tips:
- Use sturdy boxes - new or strong reused boxes
- Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap
- Fill empty spaces with packing paper
- Place heavy items at the bottom
- Seal with heavy-duty packing tape
