Your order has been received but payment is not yet confirmed. Complete payment to proceed.
Purchased
We've successfully purchased your items from Amazon and they're being prepared for shipment to our US warehouse.
Arrived at US Warehouse
Your items have reached our warehouse in the United States. We're preparing them for international shipping.
Shipped to Kenya
Your package is on its way to Kenya! You'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Customs Clearance
Your package is being processed through Kenyan customs. This usually takes 1-3 business days.
Ready for Pickup/Delivery
Your package has been cleared and is ready! Either collect from your chosen pickup location or awaiting home delivery.

Shipping Methods Explained
Air Freight
- Speed: 7-14 days from US warehouse to Kenya
- Cost: Higher per kg
- Best For: Urgent shipments, lightweight items, electronics
- Tracking: Real-time tracking available
- Delivery: Direct to pickup location or home
Ocean Freight
- Speed: 75-90 days from US warehouse to Kenya
- Cost: Lower per kg, minimum $150 charge applies
- Best For: Heavy items, bulk orders, non-urgent shipments
- Tracking: Updated at major checkpoints
- Delivery: To pickup location (home delivery at extra cost)
Choosing the Right Method
- Small, light items under 5kg → Air Freight
- Heavy items over 20kg → Ocean Freight
- Urgent delivery needed → Air Freight
- Cost savings priority → Ocean Freight
- Multiple heavy items → Ocean Freight with consolidation
